Carolina Cordero Dyer oversees the agency’s financial and grants management units, facilities and real estate, as well as Workforce Development. Under her leadership, Osborne has created business ventures, the Green Career Center, and Cooking for a Healthy Economic Future (CHEF) that offer employment opportunities and career ladders for people with criminal records.
Carolina Cordero Dyer has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, and is also a Certified Public Accountant. She serves on the Board of Directors of New York State Industries for the Disabled and the New York City Employment and Training Coalition. Ms. Cordero Dyer joined the Osborne Association in 1995 after spending 14 years in the multi-national corporate sector.
