Osborne's First Artist's Event17 February 2020
The Osborne Association is delighted to invite you to our first-ever Artist Gallery featuring artwork by photographer Joseph Rodriguez and artist Jesse Krimes.
Joseph Rodriguez will share photographs that tell the story of one of Osborne's own reentry program participants, Scott Ortiz, as he readjusts to his community after fifteen years of incarceration. Jesse Krimes will present works of art skillfully hand-printed during his six year incarceration using a sheet, newspaper clippings, a spoon, soap, and hair gel. Please join us for a viewing and discussion with these unique artists whose work explores the narrative of those affected by the criminal justice system.
The event will take place on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at The Loft at Marble Collegiate Church. Please join Osborne, our donors and board members for a cocktail reception that will begin at 6:30 pm. Our artists' discussion will start at 7:00 pm.
