The Osborne Association, a New York-based policy advocacy and direct-service organization dedicated to transforming the criminal justice system, welcomed Meridiam North American CEO James S. Rubin and Wells Fargo Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager of Community Lending and Investment Page Travelstead to its Board of Directors. Both new members are committed to advancing Osborne’s mission to make our criminal justice system safer, fairer, and more just and offer the organization extensive experience in public service and community development.

Osborne Association Welcomes Two New Board Members

 

Meridiam North American CEO James S. Rubin and Wells Fargo Sr. VP and Sr. Relationship Manager of Community Lending and Investment Page Travelstead bring decades of experience in public-private partnerships

NEW YORK– The Osborne Association, a New York-based policy advocacy and direct-service organization dedicated to transforming the criminal justice system, welcomed Meridiam North American CEO James S. Rubin and Wells Fargo Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager of Community Lending and Investment Page Travelstead to its Board of Directors. Both new members are committed to advancing Osborne’s mission to make our criminal justice system safer, fairer, and more just and offer the organization extensive experience in public service and community development.

“The Osborne Association Board of Directors is pleased to welcome two highly regarded and experienced individuals to our Board,” said Board Chair Adam Hellegers. “Page and Jamie provide expertise in business planning, public-private partnerships, and policy matters, and we are excited to tap into their passion in support of the Board's strategic planning initiatives.” 

Rubin joined global infrastructure investor Meridiam as North American CEO in January 2018. Prior to Meridiam, Rubin served as Director of State Operations for Governor Andrew Cuomo and was responsible for the day-to-day oversight of 90 state agencies. Jamie joined state government in 2013 as Director of the Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR), overseeing and creating programs to disburse $4.4 billion in federal Hurricane Sandy disaster recovery funds. From May 2015 to January 2017, Rubin served as Commissioner of NYS Homes and Community Renewal (HCR), leading the state’s efforts to finance the development and preservation of affordable housing in New York.

Travelstead has served as Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager of Community Lending and Investment at Wells Fargo for seven years with a focus on affordable housing development finance for both for-profit and not-for-profit real estate developers. Prior to Wells Fargo, Travelstead was a senior project manager at Fifth Avenue Committee and Assistant Vice President at Forest City Ratner leading real estate development projects from beginning to end.
