Who We Are

Osborne’s Prepare program offers Pathways for Reentry, Employment, and Parenting. We offer a range of opportunities to fathers and those who serve in father figure roles to increase their parenting skills, strengthen their relationships, and increase economic stability. Our program includes parenting workshops, job readiness training, and employment assistance to increase economic stability for you and your family.

Our programs offer opportunities to parents as they work to deepen connections to their children, partners, and/or their children’s caregivers.
