Low-Threshold Support and Treatment Services

Osborne's Risk Reduction Services offer low-threshold (easy-access, on-demand) treatment and support services for people involved with the criminal justice system who are at risk for, or coping with, substance use and HIV/AIDS or other infectious diseases such as Hepatitis C. Each client benefits from an interdisciplinary approach and is provided with a case manager/counselor.

Services include:
HIV and prevention case management
Crisis intervention
Substance use education/counseling
Support groups
HIV and general health education
Acupuncture to quell cravings associated with drug withdrawal
Healthy breakfast and lunch
TB/HIV testing
Housing placement assistance and independent living skills workshops
Vocational and educational referrals
Assistance in obtaining health insurance
Art Therapy
Peer Education Empowerment Training Programs (PEETP)
On-site Rapid HIV Testing and Counseling
