Our Advocacy
With the partnership and leadership of directly affected people, our policy team advocates for a justice system that recognizes every person’s capacity to change and fosters safety and healing across generations.

The Osborne Center for Justice Across Generations is dedicated to building a justice system that promotes healing, safety, accountability, and real opportunities to thrive.
Working alongside Osborne’s programs in jails, prisons, courtrooms, and communities, we see the intractable challenges and evolving conditions. We promote solutions that are informed but not bound by the realities of the systems we are trying to change.
Our tools include:
- The voices and leadership of formerly incarcerated people, the children of incarcerated parents, and directly affected families
- Collaborative advocacy with community-based and grassroots groups
- Research, policy analysis, and public education
- Training and technical assistance to transform institutions and sectors from the inside
Osborne’s 2025 Policy Priorities
The Osborne Center for Justice Across Generations shares our 2025 policy priorities to advance restorative, healing-centered responses to law-breaking, strengthen communities, and promote opportunities for people to thrive.

See Us, Support Us
