Osborne Social Ventures (OSV) serves two bottom lines: business success in the marketplace and success building the talents and earning power of people with limited employment experience. To ensure that clients get excellent service, our work teams are supported by supervisors with an average tenure of almost 14 years. OSV provides our employees with classroom and on-the-job hard skills training, coaching and social support services, and permanent job placement and retention support.
