Older people returning home from serving long sentences face several obstacles — finding and maintaining full-time and consistent employment, treatment for medical needs, and housing — as they readjust to life after incarceration. Osborne’s Marcus Garvey supportive housing program addresses these re-entry pain points and offers a model for providing support to returning citizens in New York and beyond.
