NeOn Works

Osborne’s NeON Works program supports young people in the South Bronx and Harlem, including those on probation or at high risk of criminal justice system involvement, in building brighter futures through education, career development, and community engagement. Designed for young adults, NeON Works helps participants set personal goals, gain job readiness skills, and connect to meaningful educational and employment opportunities.

Participants receive one-on-one case management and access to customized support, including career planning, financial literacy workshops, and referrals to preparatory, education and vocational programs. They can take part in paid internships, employment assistance, community benefit projects, and civic engagement activities that build leadership and critical-thinking skills.

Through mentorship, skill-building, and safe spaces for peer connection, NeON Works empowers young people to chart a new path forward and grow into the adults they aspire to be.
