Pathways for Reentry, Employment, and Parenting (Prepare)

For parents and parent figures returning to the community, we provide a specialized reentry program that provides workforce training and job placement services alongside healthy relationship education, parenting education, parent-child outings, and guidance to support the parent-child bond. 

Following completion of the core curriculum, we support the career development of each parent through hard skills training, placement in employment, and coaching to promote success on the job.
