The Rise

In 2025, Osborne launched The Rise, a permanent supportive and affordable housing residence that provides stability and opportunity for people reentering the community after incarceration. Developed in partnership with Xenolith Partners, The Rise includes 10 units where Osborne offers direct services for formerly incarcerated men, and 37 units housing formerly incarcerated women, with services in those units provided by the Women’s Prison Association.

Osborne’s onsite team supports residents as they navigate reentry and build stable, fulfilling lives through services such as benefits and entitlement advocacy, connections to health care and treatment, workforce development, wellness programming, family reunification and relationship coaching, and community-building activities that foster belonging and growth.
