West Harlem Healthy Families

Osborne’s West Harlem program provides holistic services for families and youth, including connections to employment, healthcare, mental healthcare, and other resources for all ages. We also provide workshops on financial literacy, self advocacy and restorative justice, as well as assistance navigating the child support system.

Participants must reside in Manhattan’s Community Board 9 and meet income requirements in order to be eligible for services.
