Fulton Community Reentry Center

In 2015, New York State handed Osborne the keys to the shuttered Fulton Correctional Facility, a seven-story prison in the Bronx. We are re-inventing the space as the Fulton Community Reentry Center, which will offer 140 transitional reentry housing beds to returning citizens. The building will include spaces to share meals, foster community, and hold classes, training sessions, support groups, events, and private meetings.

The Center will also share events and resources with its neighbors, serving as a community asset and a resource for formerly incarcerated people and their families throughout the area.
